This Month's knife comes from Thailand. Its a traditional Thai pattern with hamon.
That fantastic hamon is readily apparent in the above pic as are the impecable lines of the blade.
Coupled with the handle the overall effect is a fabulous modern interpretation of a great traditional knife. Supat says "Thai people called me up so I made the knife to a traditional Thai Knife design with a 12 inch blade of 1095 and integral bolster". I made the knife to order and in my own style My shop is in the Pasak River Area,
Ayuthaya, Thailand. I use a gas forge and thermocouple to control
heat and a KMG to final grind the blade"
