Description

This beauty is Barry’s model 33, the aptly named Elk Skinner. The Elk Skinner is an excellent all around hunting and woods knife, very popular with hunters and guides. It has an overall length of 9" with a blade length of 4 3/8" long. The steel pictured is 3/16" high carbon non stainless with Barry's midnight finish and a grooved thumb rest for positive and safe handling of the knife. The Elk Skinner can also be made from 440C. The Elk Skinner is shown with a polished and stabilized Colonial Brown Oak handle but is also available with Desert Tan, Black or Ivory Micarta scales. An oak tanned, pouch style, stitched leather sheath is provided with each 33.
